How long does shipping take?
Depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout, your package should arrive within 14 days after the label is printed. (excluding all weekends, weather delays, and possible carrier delays.)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive your tracking number once the shipping label has been printed. Please check all your email folders just in case the email has been misplaced.
We see the same tracking information you do, so if there are any problems
please contact the shipping company directly.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Vich Fam Merch Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Vich Fam Merch Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Unfortunately no, you can order the correct size in the same design if you prefer.
